Appointment Duration and Fees
He allocates 30 minutes for each initial consultation and 30 minutes for a follow-up consultation. He tries very hard not to run late to avoid inconveniencing those who attend later. However, on
occasions unexpected problems do arise and he apologises in advance if you are delayed.
The self funding fee for an initial consultation is £215.00 (30 mins) and for a self funding follow-up consultation £150.00 (30mins) .
Blood tests, X-rays and any other investigations are in addition to this and a full list of hospital charges is available on request. Insurers are normally invoiced direct and a full fee breakdown is
available before treatment. Prescriptions issues will be subject to an additional £10 fee.
Surgery
Your surgery can be performed at Spire Hospital Norwich or via the private patients department, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital to suit.
Inclusive Care Scheme
One-off private self-pay treatment is available from Spire Healthcare where you can choose to have self-pay medical treatment at Spire Healthcare Norwich hospital for most types of urology

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment it is helpful if you can do so at least 24 hours in advance. This enables us to re-book the allocated time. Failure to attend for an appointment will result in an
invoice been raised for the full fee for the consultation.
